Bottled in bond at 100 Proof, 50% alc/vol after 4 years aging. Mash bill 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley.

Nose: buttery toffee bar with poached pear and vanilla syrup, caramel wafer, candied cinnamon, and clove.

Palate: fruit dominates with spice underneath, making for a perfectly balanced bourbon.

Finish: balanced and layered with sweet and spice slowly drifting away.
