We love this drink for its harmony, balancing just the right amount of sweet, rich, bitter, and spice. Like any classic, you respect what makes it great. It is crafted using carefully measured, high-quality ingredients this Barrel Finished Manhattan follows the classic 2:1 ration recipe with a dash of aromatic bitters per serving. They then let the Manhattan age in used rye barrels to fully marry the flavors. The Barrel Finished Manhattan features sweet vermouth, a dash of aromatic bitters, bourbon and rye whiskeys. What isn't a classic, but adds depth and complexity, is barrel aging.
