New Riff Distilling’s core Bourbon expression is a genuinely high-rye, full-bodied whiskey delivering a savory, spicy character. Building upon America’s 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act, New Riff Bourbon is Bottled In Bond Without chill filtration, featuring a mash bill of non-GMO grains. Featuring a unique mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, this whiskey is aged at least four years in full-size 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels. Each New Riff whiskey is crafted with the full sour mash Kentucky method and bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration. Every New Riff single barrel has been taste-tested and approved by a production panel for the utmost quality. This Single Barrel was meticulously vetted, tested, and approved to deliver an intense rye spice, balanced perfectly with sweetness, as well as fruity and floral undertones.
