Tasting Notes:

Nose: Emanating orange oil, baked apples, nougat, yoghurt, and a briny, bone-dry sherry character revealing notes of toasted almonds, aged leather, and delicate dried fruit. With water, a wax-like hint akin to snuffed candle wax emerges.

Palate: A harmonious blend of salted caramel and hints of vanilla, accompanied by sultanas, pipe tobacco, black olives, hazelnuts, veal stock, air-dried ham, and the essence of a well-matured amontillado sherry.
